Returns are permitted within three days of delivery, as long as the item is unsused, sealed and not damaged. Please drop us an email at gargrishiayurveda@gmail.comwithin 72 hours of delivery.
A reverse pickup will be arranged and after ensuring that the product is sealed and not damaged, refund will be processed.
Kindly note that a deduction of INR 100 will be made for reverse pickup from the total refund amount.
In case of rare occasions where you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at gargrishiayurveda@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of delivery and team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
Damages caused upon negligence or incorrect application cannot be covered under the Returns Policy.
No exchange or return can be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations. (The scent and color of organic ingredients may vary from harvest to harvest depending on environmental and soil conditions.)
We highly recommend checking the ingredients list in case of known allergies and performing a patch test prior to use to check for unknown allergies.
